Complaint resolve policy
1. Complaint receiving process:
Customers submit complaints through one of the following forms:
– Call: 0974 344 777
– Meet in person at the working address: 32, St348 Sangkat Boeng Keng Kang 3 Khan Boeng Keng Kang Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
2. Process of resolve complaints:
Bayonprintingcenter resolve complaints and disputes in the following cases:
– Customers do not receive the goods after receiving the notice that the goods have been shipped.
– Goods received do not match the description, quantity or other attributes required by the buyer shown in the order.
– Goods received is defective due to shipping process
Customers should note the following regulations when submitting a complaint:
– Claims are only valid for orders with incomplete transaction status.
– Customers need to provide full information when making a complaint: clearly explain the problem of the complaint, the condition of the goods (with accompanying evidence: pictures, clips, ..) and clearly state that their request is exchange, return goods, refund part or all of the money, etc.
– Basically, the customer is not allowed to edit the content of the complaint, but you can add information to your complaint or close the complaint at any time.
– During the complaint period, Bayonprintingcenter will proceed to freeze the transaction until the complaint is resolved.
– Bayonprintingcenter only handles valid claims after verification has been carried out.
– Bayonprintingcenter resolves complaints based on information collected from both customers and sales staff
